American Girl’s Peach Cobbler
Peach cobbler wasn’t a favorite of the first person I served it to (unknown to me). He was very happy with it. Simply because it sounded delicious and I was on a diet, I made it. Its “lighter” status than any other cobbler won’t ever be suspected. Hope you enjoy it. Oh, and it’s also simple and fast.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour the melted margarine; set aside.

Combine the flour, baking powder, and white sugar in a medium bowl.

Milk and 1 cup of the peach liquid reserved for blending are added.

Over the margarine, evenly pour the batter into the dish’s bottom.

Keep still.

Place peaches on top of the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden.
