Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Cups
To make a portable oatmeal breakfast or snack that you can eat on the go, bake your oatmeal with apples and walnuts in muffin cups.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease muffin tins generously or line with paper liners.
In a big bowl, mix oats, oat flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda, and salt.
After thoroughly combining the oat mixture with the apples, yoghurt, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract, fold in the walnuts.
Fill the prepared muffin cups with the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
