Baked Creamed Corn II
This delicious creamed corn recipe is baked in the oven to give it a firmer consistency and is not overly sweet.
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Grease an 8×8-inch casserole dish very lightly.
Melt the cream cheese, butter, and chicken bouillon in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add corn and combine.
Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the dish.
Add the cream and stir.
Add the mixture to the casserole dish that has been prepared.
Add cheese, then layer crackers on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
