Bananutter-Chia spread
This “bananutter-chia” spread, which is excellent on toast or zucchini bread, combines bananas, peanut butter, and chia seeds.

Mash bananas and peanut butter together in a bowl until desired consistency is reached; stir in chia seeds.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
