This Olive Garden Alfredo sauce is quickly made with fresh garlic simmered in cream, then mixed with Parmesan and mozzarella until rich and creamy.

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine butter and olive oil and melt.

Cream, garlic, and white pepper should be added.

Bring to a low boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for about five minutes, stirring frequently until mixture is slightly reduced.

Add the Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce is smooth and thick.

Add the mozzarella cheese, and cook and stir it for 5 minutes, or until it melts.

Bring a big pot of lightly salted water to a boil while the sauce is cooking.

Add the pasta and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but firm to the bite.
