Blanca’s Cherry Cheese Tarts
The absolute best are these tiny cheesecakes, which have graham cracker crusts and rich cherry toppings. One is simply not allowed. Every gathering is a hit with it!

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Put muffin tins with cup cake liners inside.

Making Filling Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl.

Lemon juice, vanilla, and eggs are stirred in.

Completely combine.

Making Crust Mix the crumbs 2 tablespoons each of cinnamon and sugar.

Add butter and mix until crumbs form on the crust.

In each cup cake liner, place one spoonful of crust and press it down.

Spread some filling over the crusts.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.

As soon as the tarts come out of the oven, top each with cherry pie filling.

Allow tarts to chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
