Blueberry Cornbread
I assume everyone enjoys cornbread. Blueberries are the same, right? Why not meld the two together? Everybody will adore it!
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
The baking dish should be 9 inches square.
In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a different large bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and oil together.
Mix just until combined after adding the cornmeal mixture to the egg mixture.
Pour the batter into the baking dish after folding in the blueberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
