Blueberry Moscow Mule
Serve ginger beer and homemade blueberry syrup-based Moscow Mules to your friends to show off your cocktail-making skills.

Bring blueberries, sugar, water, and salt to a boil in a pot over medium heat.

Reduce heat, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.

Turn off the heat and leave the food to cool for about 10 minutes.

Pour the vodka mixture into a copper mug or mason jar after stirring in the lime juice.

Insert ice cubes.

On top of the ginger beer, add 3 tablespoons of blueberry syrup.

Combine, stir, and top with a lime wedge.
