Butterflied tiger prawns are broiled after being brushed with butter and Parmesan cheese. It’s quick and simple, and kids enjoy the “finger food” style, making it a family favorite for movie night at home.

Set the broiler setting on the oven.

Remove the tails from the prawns and butterfly them from the underside using a sharp knife.

On a broiler pan, arrange the prawns.

Melt butter, lemon juice, and garlic in a small saucepan.

Brush the prawns with 1/4 cup of the butter mixture in a small bowl.

Over the shrimp, grate some Parmesan cheese.

To cook the prawns, place the broiler pan on the top rack and broil for 4 to 5 minutes.
