Butter Bean Burgers
Jalapeo peppers, Cheddar cheese, and saltines are added to these butter bean burger patties to create a mouthwatering vegetarian main dish or sandwich.

Butter beans should be mashed in a bowl.

Crackers, onion, jalapenos, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined.

Make 4 equal portions into patties by dividing.

Using more or less oil, heat the oil in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches a depth of 1/4 inch.

Fry patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden.
