Butterscotch Oatmeal
Oatmeal is cooked in milk with brown sugar and butter for a tasty butterscotch flavor. The best oatmeal I’ve ever had. No need to top this with sugar afterwards. Good with or without milk.
Egg milk and brown sugar are whisked together in a saucepan over medium heat.
Mix in the oats.
Cook and stir the oatmeal until thick after it starts to boil.
Butter should be added after the heat is turned off and melted.
Serve right away.
