Caramel Turtles Brownies
These are so moist and so fantastic that you won’t want to stop eating them! They are a brownie version of a confection called Turtles. These are just as good.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Butter a 9×13-inch pan.

Place aside.

Caramels should be unwrapped and added to a saucepan with 2 Tablespoons of evaporated milk.

Melt while continuously stirring over a medium to low heat.

Melted butter and the remaining dry cake mix with evaporated milk should be combined in a big bowl.

Stir thoroughly to combine.

Put half of this mixture in the pan that has been prepared.

For ten minutes, bake.

Take brownies out of the oven.

Melted caramels are drizzled on top, along with chocolate chips.

By teaspoonfuls, sprinkle remaining cake mixture over everything.

20 minutes later, return to the oven.

If you’d like, garnish with whole pecans.
