“Cheeseburger” Quesadillas
Veggie quesadillas modeled after cheeseburgers are a quick weeknight meal that will please the whole family.
Oil should be heated in a medium saute pan over medium-high heat for the quesadillas.
Add the protein starters and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned and thoroughly cooked.
Take out and place aside.
Add onion to the same pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until translucent.
Reheat the protein starters with the Worcestershire sauce mixture after reserving them, stirring to combine.
Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray, then heat it at a medium temperature.
To the pan, add 1 tortilla.
Place 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of the cooked protein on top of half of the tortilla.
