Cheesy Taco Burgers
Taco-seasoned patties are sandwiched between melty cheese centers in these quick and simple grilled burgers.
In a bowl, combine taco seasoning and ground beef.
To let the taco mix flavor the beef, place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Lightly oil the grate and preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
Make 6 extremely thin patties with the meat after removing it from the fridge.
Three patties should each have a slice of Cheddar cheese in the middle.
On top of the cheese patties, arrange the remaining patties and pinch their ends together to form a seal.
Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on the preheated grill.
6 to 7 minutes after flipping, continue cooking until the meat is no longer pink.
