Chicken burgers seasoned with southeast Asian flavorings are served on buns with a zesty peanut sauce and Asian-style slaw.

In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, lime juice, and 1 teaspoon of Asian chili pepper sauce.

In a bowl, combine the carrot, cucumber, and jalapeno pepper.

Add the fish sauce and rice vinegar.

Place aside.

In a bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of Asian chile pepper sauce with the garlic, coconut milk, cumin, and turmeric.

Add soy sauce and bread crumbs to the mixture.

Basil and ground chicken should be thoroughly mixed in.

It will be a soft mixture.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, fry a small piece of the chicken mixture until it is browned and no longer pink.

Once the small cooked piece has been tasted, season the raw chicken mixture with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Eat no raw chicken mixture.
