Cherry Bread Pudding
Fresh cherry juice is baked into stale brioche to create a bread pudding that is incredibly moist, tender, and sweet.
In a small saucepan set over low heat, combine the milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Just heat through the butter, then remove from heat and let cool.
An 8×8-inch baking dish should be greased or sprayed with cooking spray.
Bread cubes are added to the baking pan.
Bread cubes should be covered in the butter mixture after whisking the eggs into it until they are thoroughly combined.
Distribute the cherries evenly after stirring them into the bread cube mixture.
Give a 30-minute soak.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Cinnamon sugar is sprinkled on top of the bread pudding.
