Butter or margarine is used to brown the chicken and mushrooms in a big skillet.
Add a little black pepper and a pinch of salt after adding the soup water and parsley.
For 20 minutes, simmer with a cover on.
When the liquid has been absorbed, add the uncooked rice and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
