Chicken Sausage Tortellini Stir-Fry
In this Asian-inspired dinner with lots of vibrant vegetables, cheese tortellini is stir-fried with pre-made chicken meatballs.
Lightly salting the water in a big pot, bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
Stir the tortellini into the boiling water once it has reached a rolling boil.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the pasta floats to the top, then drain.
Large skillet or wok with sesame oil heated to medium-high heat; add meatballs, pineapple chunks, and hoisin sauce; cook and stir for 7 to 10 minutes, or until meatballs are thoroughly heated.
Set aside after transferring the meatball mixture to a bowl.
