Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake I
a recipe for a 9 x 13-inch pan-baked chocolate mayonnaise cake.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Butter and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla to a sizable mixing bowl; beat ingredients at high speed for 3 minutes or until fluffy.
Melted chocolate and mayonnaise should be added.
Beat on low speed until combined.
Combine baking powder and flour soda in a different bowl.
In four additions, add the water and flour to the chocolate mixture, beating well after each addition.
Fill the pan with the batter.
For 45 minutes, bake.
