Cookie Pie
The simplest and tastiest pie goes to this one. In a graham cracker crust, thin chocolate wafer cookies are layered with whipped topping and chilled until set. Add some cocoa powder or shaved chocolate to the surface.
In the graham cracker crust, add a layer of whipped topping that is 1 inch thick.
Cookies are layered on top of the whipped topping.
Add yet another layer of whipped topping to the cookies.
Up until the whipped topping and cookies are finished, alternate the layers.
Cookies should be refrigerated for at least 24 hours to allow for softening.
Sprinkle on top just before serving.
