Corn Dog Muffins
A quick, easy way to recreate a fun, family favorite from the state fair.
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Grease muffin tins minimally.
In a big bowl, combine the brown sugar and cornbread mix.
In a small bowl, combine the milk and eggs and whisk to combine.
Once the dry ingredients are moistened, fold in the eggs and cheese.
Fill muffin tins with mixture until they are 2/3 full.
