Cuban Sliders

Cuban Sliders
These sliders are essentially tiny Cuban sandwiches with pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and hot butter, served on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

A 9×13-inch baking dish or disposable aluminum pan should be greased on the bottom and sides.

Half-cut Hawaiian rolls.

24 bottom halves should be arranged in the baking pan.

In a bowl, combine poppy seeds, melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder.

The bottom halves in the baking dish should be covered with 1/2 of the butter mixture.

In this order, add 2 pickle chips, Swiss cheese, and pulled pork to each roll before covering with the tops of the rolls.

Over the tops, spread the remaining butter mixture.

For 20 to 30 minutes, cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C)
