Currywurst
This is how I make currywurst. In my household, sauerkraut is a favorite side dish. Yummy!
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the oil.
The onion should be softened but not browned in the hot oil.
In a pot over medium heat, combine the tomato paste, 3 tablespoons water, brown sugar, salt, cumin mustard, cinnamon cloves, and vinegar.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in the cooked onion.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and curry powder are combined.
Pour 1 cup of water and Hungarian paprika ketchup into a bowl; stir into the tomato paste mixture; simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
In a big skillet over medium heat, brown the bratwurst until cooked through.
The bratwurst and sauce should be combined in the skillet.
Reduce heat to low and cook sausages for about 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
