Dog Biscuits I
Any dog is sure to adore this tasty and nutrient-rich treat. You might even want to give one a try.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Stir the whole wheat flour, powdered milk, wheat germ, and beef bouillon granules together in a medium bowl.
Add the egg and grease from the bacon.
When the dough is sufficiently moist to stick together, add 1 tablespoon at a time of ice water.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/2 inch on a lightly dusted surface, and then use cookie cutters to make shapes.
On a baking sheet that has not been greased, space the biscuits 1 inch apart.
Bake until firm in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Prior to serving, cool.
