Easiest Pot Roast Ever
Make the best pot roast with this easy slow cooker recipe! The roast cooks on top of vegetables, resulting in tender meat and veggies for a comforting meal.
Baby carrots and potatoes, which have been cut into fairly large chunks, are placed in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Stack the vegetables on top of the roast.
Sprinkle 3 bouillon cubes at random over the roast before adding 1/2 cup of water.
Cook covered for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
In the thickest part of the roast, an instant-read thermometer should register 145 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees C)
