Easy Beet Chips
A different way to use up some beets is to make beet chips, which are a perfect vegan, low-calorie snack. They are delicious and incredibly crunchy.
Utilizing a mandoline, thinly slice the beets to about 1/16-inch thickness.
Slices of beet should be added with salt to a bowl.
Combine by tossing.
Give the beets about 30 minutes to sit.
Empty the excess liquid.
Set the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees C).
Use parchment paper to line two baking sheets.
Olive oil should be poured over the beets and combined.
In a small bowl, combine dill, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Be sure to coat the beets after scattering.
Slices of beet should be spread out evenly on baking sheets.
For 40 to 50 minutes, bake the food in a preheated oven until crispy.
if needed, add a little more salt.
