Easy Chicken Casserole

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Bring water in a big pot to a rolling boil.
Within 20 to 30 minutes, the chicken in boiling water should no longer be pink.
Place the chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish, chopped into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the condensed soup, sour cream, onion, and mushrooms.
Add mixture to chicken, then sprinkle crackers on top.
