Easy Chicken Pasta
Dinner’s on the table in a jiffy with this garlicky chicken and pasta meal.
Lightly salting the water in a big pot, bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
Stir the linguine into the boiling water once it has reached a rolling boil.
Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 11 minutes, or until it is tender but not mushy.
In a colander in the sink, thoroughly drain.
Over medium heat, warm the olive oil in a sizable skillet.
Chicken breasts should be salted and peppered.
Chicken and garlic should be added to the skillet.
Cook and stir the chicken for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink.
Add the white wine and stir.
In the skillet, toss the pasta and chicken until the chicken is distributed evenly.
