Easy Oven Pulled Pork
This no-fail pork recipe produces tender, moist, rich meat which can be used in sandwiches, tacos, stews, and pasta ragu.
Set the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees C).
Cut 8 tiny slits into the pork, each one about 1 1/2 inches deep, using a pairing knife.
Each slit should contain a garlic clove.
Salt and pepper the pork evenly on both sides.
Put the pork in a 9×13-inch baking dish fat side up.
Cook for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
