Easy White Chili
With chicken, white beans, and chilies, this white chili recipe is a delicious, mildly spicy variation on chili. fantastic with cornbread!
Oil in a big pot is heated at a medium heat.
Add the onions and the garlic; cook and stir for 10 minutes, or until the onions are tender.
Bring to a boil while stirring in the chicken broth, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
Reduce heat to low; add beans; and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
