Egg, Spinach, and Mushroom Slow Cooker Casserole
A quick vegetarian breakfast dish that can be prepared the night before combines eggs, cottage cheese, Cheddar, spinach, and mushrooms.
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, onion, butter, salt, and pepper.
Add the spinach and mushrooms with the Cheddar cheese.
The mixture should be added to a slow cooker.
until eggs are set, cover and cook on low.
