Favorite Bourbon Pecan Pie
This bourbon pecan pie is a touch more decadent than the normal holiday favorite. Using bourbon in place of vanilla adds a distinctive flavor.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix white sugar brown sugar and butter together in a bowl.
Stir in corn syrup eggs and bourbon then fold in pecans.
Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to bake until the pie is set 25 to 30 minutes more.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
