Feta Burgers
This Greek-inspired twist on grilled burgers packed with mint, parsley, and feta cheese goes great with cole slaw or a kale salad.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.
Combine ground beef with feta cheese, minced red bell pepper, mint, and onion powder.
In a large bowl, combine the seasoned salt and black pepper and stir until well combined.
Form into 6 patties.
Cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are hot, hotter, and slightly pink in the center.
The internal temperature should register 140 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant-read thermometer (60 degrees C)
