Four Cheese Macaroni Casserole
In this quick and easy cheese-lover’s casserole, Cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and feta combine with tomatoes and herbs. Both children and adults love it!
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Over high heat, bring a big pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add the macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente.
Pasta should be drained and hot when added to a casserole.
In the meantime, combine the tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add to the hot pasta.
Cheddar cheese, 1 cup 1/2 cup of Parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella.
Once the cheeses have melted, keep stirring.
The tomato and herb mixture is then added.
Add 1/2 cup of Cheddar.
50 g of mozzarella Over the casserole, sprinkle 1/4 cup feta and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Bake for 15 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
