Fresh Strawberry Chia Jam
Fresh strawberries are blended with lime juice, chia seeds, and agave to make this chunky, 100% raw strawberry jam.
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, agave, 1/4 cup chia seeds, and lime juice.
Use an immersion blender to blend the strawberries until they are chunky.
Mix well with a wooden spoon after adding the final 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Into two 1/2-pint canning jars, pour the mixture.
Before eating, let sit in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
