Greek Frittata with Feta and Spinach
Two kinds of Greek cheese, fresh spinach, and roasted red peppers are all ingredients in this vegetarian frittata.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a skillet set over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until soft and fragrant.
Spinach should be added to the skillet and cooked for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted.
Cook peppers for 1-2 minutes after adding.
Greek seasoning is used to season.
After removing from the heat, top the vegetables with Kasseri cheese.
Put the mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.
Cream, eggs, and hummus are whisked together.
Over the vegetables, pour the egg mixture.
Add feta cheese crumbles on top.
