Greek Roast Lamb and Potatoes
Delicious Greek roast lamb and potatoes are prepared in a roasting pan with olive oil, orange juice, mustard, garlic, and oregano as the flavorings.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Mix the orange juice, mustard, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
To coat the potatoes with the orange juice mixture, stir them into the bowl.
With a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes and put them in a sizable roasting pan.
Make slits in the lamb’s meat and insert the garlic cloves.
Place the lamb on top of the potatoes in the roasting pan, then rub the remaining orange juice mixture on the lamb.
Pour the remaining orange juice mixture over the lamb if there is any.
