Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai
In this deliciously simple Mai Tai cocktail recipe, rum, triple sec, and orgeat syrup are shaken with grilled lime and pineapple juice.
Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, add sugar.
Lime halves should be coated in sugar.
Grill lime and pineapple wedges for 5 to 10 minutes, tossing them occasionally, until they are just beginning to brown.
Take off from the grill, then let cool.
Ice should be added to an Old Fashioned glass and cocktail shaker.
