Ham and Chicken Casserole
A creamy noodle casserole made with cooked chicken, ham, celery, and cheese.
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Grease a medium baking dish sparingly.
Bring to a boil some water that has been lightly salted.
In boiling water, cook egg noodles for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they are al dente.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add flour and heat until bubbling.
Whisk milk in gradually.
Cook for 5 minutes while constantly stirring, or until smooth and thick.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Noodles, ham, celery, salt, and pepper should all be combined.
Put the mixture in the baking dish as it has been prepared.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Add cheese and paprika, then bake for an additional five minutes.
