Happy Hour Mushrooms

Happy Hour Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed with wine-infused bread crumbs are an appetizer that’s easy enough for Sunday football but tasty enough for a happy hour.

Heat up the oven’s broiler while positioning the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

Put butter in a bowl that is microwave-safe.

30 to 1 minute in the microwave will melt the food.

Place each mushroom cap on a baking sheet with a rim after being dipped in melted butter.

The remaining melted butter should be combined with the Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and thyme.

Add wine and soy sauce and stir.

Enough bread crumbs should be added to create a wet, sticky mixture.

Place a small mound of the bread crumb mixture inside each mushroom cap to ensure that all of the filling is inserted.

In the preheated oven, broil for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Before serving, let food cool for around five minutes.
