Hawaiian Haystacks
For a tropical weeknight dinner, Hawaiian haystacks are a great way to layer leftover rice, chicken, pineapple, and Cheddar cheese.
Cook and stir the chicken in the hot oil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the centre is no longer pink.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly reduced.
Cream of mushroom soup, basil, and parsley should be thoroughly combined with the chicken mixture before cooking for 5 minutes to warm it up.
To a small bowl, transfer the chicken sauce.
