Healthier BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
With additional vegetables and less sugar in the form of mesquite sauce, tender and juicy pork is made healthier. ideal for making sandwiches!
Pork ribs are added to the slow cooker along with beef broth.
Cook for about 4 hours on High, or until the meat easily shreds.
With two forks, remove the meat and shred it.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Add the shredded pork, carrots, barbecue sauce, and mesquite sauce to a Dutch oven or skillet.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
