Healthier Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This healthier version of artichoke and spinach dip is creamy and filling and uses dairy products with lower fat content, such as Neufchatel and mayonnaise.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a tiny baking dish very lightly.
Combine Neufchatel cheese and mayonnaise.
Camembert cheese A bowl of Romano cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
Add spinach and artichoke hearts slowly.
Fill baking dish with mixture and place in oven.
Add mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
