Healthier Tuna Noodle Casserole
By adding more vegetables, choosing a low-fat Alfredo sauce, and using whole wheat bread crumbs, you can make the traditional tuna noodle casserole healthier.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

Spray nonstick cooking oil in a 2-quart baking pan.

Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.

Bow-tie pasta should be cooked at a boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is tender but still firm to the bite.

Drain, then set apart.

In the interim, warm the oil in a big skillet over medium heat.

Add the following ingredients and cook for about 8 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
