Honey Mustard Oven-Baked Chicken Tenders
These homemade honey-mustard chicken tenders are a kid favorite!
In a glass or ceramic bowl, stir together the mustard, honey, orange juice, and garlic.
To serve as a dipping sauce, add 1/4 cup of the remaining mustard mixture to a bowl.
Add the chicken and toss to coat.
Chicken should be marinated for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours.
Set the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees C).
Bakeware should be placed on wire cooling racks.
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoon salt and whole wheat flour.
In a different small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Put the beaten eggs in a different small bowl.
