Jalapeno Corn Bread
This cornbread is spiked with fresh jalapeno pepper for a kickin’ version of an American favorite quick bread.
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Place an oven rack in the oven’s center.
Combine creamed corn.

In a 9-inch square baking pan, add butter.
Butter should melt in the oven for two to three minutes.
Over the melted butter, pour the cornbread batter into the baking dish.
