Japanese-Style Cabbage Salad

In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds.
Produce dressing: Sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper are combined in a small bowl and whisked until the sugar dissolves.
Add dressing to the cabbage mixture and combine well.
