Kevin’s Teriyaki Chicken
A quick and easy chicken marinade with pineapple, soy sauce, and garlic. Ready in minutes, with the flavor of cooking all day!
Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and white pepper in a big bowl.
For later dipping, keep a small amount of the marinade aside.
Put the chicken in the marinade and cover with water.
For 24 hours, cover and chill.
Set a grill outside to medium-high heat.
Oil the grate just a little bit.
Depending on the thickness, grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
Chicken is cooked when the juices run clear and the interior is no longer pink.
