Lasagna Flatbread
Sausage, ricotta, marinara sauce, and mozzarella are baked on flatbreads to give lasagna a quick and simple pizza makeover.

Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese are combined.

In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink.

Drain after 5 to 10 minutes.

Add marinara sauce and stir.

On each flatbread, evenly distribute 1/6 of the cheese mixture, then top with the sausage mixture.

Add the last of the mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
