Little French Fudge Cakes
Gooey, intense little chocolate mini cakes are just waiting for your creative touch–from fresh berries to a decadent frosting. They’re bursting with bittersweet chocolate flavor.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
If possible, grease 6 cupcake liners in a dark metal pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 chopped bar of bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and butter.
Cook on low power for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the butter has melted and the chocolate is soft.
To keep the chocolate from burning, check and stir frequently.
Stir until uniform.
